It is located between the marina and the beach and only yards to the shops, restaurants and bars, the Tivoli Marinotel is in an ideal position. It is a large modern hotel, so perhaps lacks a little charm. But facilities and service are excellent including: a putting green, two floodlit tennis courts, two outdoor pools, indoor pool, plus a children’s play area, and a volleyball court. There’s also a health club with sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath, solarium, and a gym .

Hotels in Vilamoura - Vilamoura Beach Hotel – 5 stars
Formerly known as the Atlantis Hotel. It is located a few hundred metres from the marina and very close to the casino. It stands on its own, so provides uninterrupted views. Although it is a 5-star hotel, reports suggest it is in need of some updating. It has a restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools (including a children’s pool), a health club, and tennis courts.

Hotels in Vilamoura - Vila Gale Ampalius Hotel – 4 star
The Vila Gale Ampalius Hotel lies between Vilamoura marina and the casino and is close to the town centre. It has a health club (available for a daily surcharge) with an indoor pool, sauna, spa tub, and fitness room The indoor pool is free to guests. The hotel also has a family pool and a smaller children's pool. There are a couple of floodlit tennis courts (additional charge) and a putting green. For golfers, there is a free shuttle service to all the Vilamoura golf courses, including Vila Sol Golf Course.

Hotels in Vilamoura - Dom Pedro Marina Hotel – 4 star
This hotel has a great location, being across the road from the Marina and close to the beach. It has its own exclusive beach club (which you’ll have to pay for). It has a couple of pools and some floodlit tennis courts. If you’re here for the golf, then tee-times can be booked via reception and a shuttle service between the hotel and the golf courses is provided. Guests are also entitled to use the facilities of it’s sister hotel, the Dom Pedro Golf hotel, which is about 250m away.

Located across the street from the marina and close to the beaches. The hotel has two floodlit tennis courts, an outdoor swimming pool, a heated indoor swimming pool, a health club (extra charge for) with a jacuzzi, turkish bath and a gym. For golfers the hotel offers a free shuttle to the Vilamoura Golf Courses and Vila Sol Golf course. Discounted rates to many of the algarve golf courses and tee-time bookings are available through reception.

The Dom Pedro Portobello is an aparthotel, which while looking a little tired now does have large rooms and is very well located next to the marina and marina beach. You can use the facilities of the other two Dom Pedro hotels in the area (Marina and Golfe).

The third hotel in the Dom Pedro chain of hotels in Vilamoura. Located across the street from the Casino and a few hundred metres from the beach and the marina. The hotel has a pool, sauna and beauty treatments available. You can use the Dom Pedro beach club and as with the other hotels in the chain, there is a free bus service to the local Vilamoura golf courses.

Hotels in Vilamoura - Olympus Sun Club Hotel – 4 star
is an aparthotel in an excellent location, close to the Marina, cafes, bars and restaurants. Reports suggest that is is getting a little tatty at the edges and dated, but the apartments are spacious and clean. Perhaps not quite deserving of its 4-star status.

This is a new 5 Star hotel with 192 rooms, including 9 suites, and 95 luxury apartments. All the rooms have views over the marina, Falésia beach or the private lake. The sports and leisure facilities include 3 restaurants, 3 bars, a spa and a fitness centre with an indoor treatment pool. It also has 3 outdoor pools, mini-club, library, and a boutique. It is in a great location in the centre of Vilamoura, facing the beach, between the marina and the sea. The marina is a five-minute walk away.

Vilamoura has grown over the years and is now a sprawling town. Thus, not all the Hotels in Vilamoura are near the marina.

Hotels in Vilamoura - Vila Sol Spa and Golf Resort(Hotel) – 5 star
This is a 5 star hotel and resort which is about 5km from the centre of Vilamoura. It is very well appointed and gets great reviews from customers, being one of the most popular in the area. It has loads of facilities and even its own beach club. There is also the Vila Sol golf course, which is associated with the resort. It is a 27-hole layout of championship quality. Courtesy buses do run at various times to and from Vilamoura, but having a car is a distinct advantage.

Hotels in Vilamoura - Hotel Apartamento Do Golfe – 3 star
This is an aparthotel which is located in a quiet location about 3.5km from Vilamoura town centre. Great for golf as it is only a short distance to Vilamoura Old Course. A courtesy bus is provided to and from the town and Falesia beach. There is a public bus stop only a couple of hundred metres away, but really you’ll need a car if you want to explore. 1 and 2 bedroom Apartments are available. There is a pool and snack bar with seasonal entertainment provided.
