Casa Pinho Vista is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa on corner plot with private swimming pool and BBQ set in landscaped gardens. The villa is in Vale da Telha, Aljezur.a quiet residential area of the Costa Vincentina National Park, an area of outstanding beauty, with some of the best quiet unspoiled safe sandy beaches of Western Algarve.

It is deal for surfing/kite surfing/wind surfing/ swimming/fishing. All these are within a few minutes drive of the villa.
Perfect, if you want a relaxing holiday away from the thronging crowds, but within easy reach of bigger towns.

Aljezur is the nearest town (10mins drive) with post office, several small supermarkets, cafes, bars, banks and a fabulous indoor market selling local fruit, vegetables, cheeses, bread, cakes and locally caught fresh fish, including the national favourite - Sardines.

Lagos is a 20 minute drive away, here you will find everything you could want, it is a fabulous shopping town with a large marina. Great beaches. You could spend a very enjoyable day here and not get bored. There are a great variety of restaurants and bars.

Vale da Telha is 108km from Faro airport at the end of the A22 motorway.

Prices are for 6 people. (8 if using sofa bed, for which there is an extra charge of 50€ per person per week)

2 Double bedrooms. 1 Twin bedroom. all with large fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps.
Babies cot and chair.

1 Family bathroom with bath with shower over and shower screen.
Bidet, wash hand basin, toilet, large mirror and shaver socket.
Oil filled radiator.

Shower room with enclosed corner shower, toilet, wash hand basin, large mirror and shaver socket. Hair dryer in each bathroom.

The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are fitted with mosquito screens.
Large open plan lounge/dining room/kitchen with vaulted ceilings.
2 patio doors leading out to the garden.

Lounge has 2x3seater leather settees. Satellite TV with surround sound. DVD player. Open log burning fireplace. Dining table & chairs for 6 people. Sofa bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, electric oven with grill, gas hob, microwave oven, George Foreman grill, electric kettle,food mixer, electric coffee percolator, iron/ ironing board, small wicker table & 2 chairs.

Portable electric radiators throughout.
All bedding, hand and bath towels are provided, also large beach towels for use around the pool.

Outside in the private garden is an (8m x 4m) swimming pool with poolside shower and sunloungers.

BBQ. Tiled Portuguese table and 2 benches. Large sun parasol.

The villa is valeted after each occupancy. If stay is longer than 7 days, the bedding and towels will be changed during visit.
Arrangements can be made with our agent for additional cleaning during your visit, there will be an additional charge, arrangements to be made with the agent on arrival.
